Shipping and delivery
All our distribution takes place from our premises at Kapp, Norway. We will ship our orders within 2-5 business days from the order date. During promotional periods / high season (September – December) a longer delivery time must be calculated on larger orders.
Holmen Crisp AS deliver packages all over Norway and even outside the country. Normally we will deliver to your nearest delivery point (service partner) for the carrier Bring, but if the nearest delivery point is unavailable (during promotion and before Christmas) we will find the nearest and best delivery point. Holmen Crisp sends all our orders with Bring and we choose the best shipping method for your package. Shipping price is fixed. You will receive a delivery confirmation from us when the package is shipped from us.
Get orders yourself
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse between 07:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. This must be agreed with us in advance, and only applies to orders already ordered and paid. Contact us at nettbutikk@holmen-crisp.no to arrange this.
Payment
All prices are quoted in NOK. Payment takes place when the item is ordered online. We use Bambora as our payment partner. Lack or failure of delivery or item
Send us an e-mail to nettbutikk@holmen-crisp.no. Remember to provide us with information about customer number, order number and item number of the item. We will respond to you as soon as possible after we find out what has happened or has corrected the error. If you have received an incorrect item or there is no item in the package, we will refund the amount.
Is the product damaged during transport?
If the product is damaged during transport, it is important that you follow the following points:
Keep the original packaging and product. If the package is damaged when you pick up the package, you must report a claim at the place of delivery. (Post office or similar pick-up point).
Send an e-mail to netbutik@holmen-crisp.no with customer number, order number and item number and image of the damage. We will then take care of the claim and find out what has happened to correct any errors. You can return the package with a notification from from Bring. The package must be returned within a reasonable period of time, and within 10 business days from the package. Or other solutions might be agreed directly with us.
Have you forgotten to pick up your package
If you do not collect your package within 14 days, it will be returned to Holmen Crisp AS. You will receive an SMS when the package has arrived, plus you will receive a reminder a few days later. When a package is not picked up, Holmen Crisp AS will be able to charge shipping costs for return.
Have you received an incorrect item
Send us an e-mail to nettbutikk@holmen-crisp.no and tell us what has been done wrong. Remember to provide us with information about customer number, order number, item number and item that is incorrect. You must notify us of any errors within 10 business days after you have downloaded the product.
Right of withdrawal
All inquiries relating to the complaint, damage to the item, defect in delivery must be addressed in writing to us. Do not return the product until you have been in contact with us. That way, we will avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, and we can help you in the best possible way. We refer to “Angrerettloven” if you regret a purchase with us. In the package you received, there is a resignation form that you can also find in “my account”. Fill in the form and return the item to us within 14 days. Any return shipment must be paid by you. You always have 14 days of cancellation in accordance with current laws and regulations. All we require from you is that the product will return to us in its original state within a reasonable time. Original packaging and labels must be added at the return date. If you have received a defective item, we will be responsible for the return charge.
If there is a missing or incorrect item, we will send you a new item. You must have a valid claim to get the money back and to get the return cost. Notification of defects and defects of the products may be submitted to us in writing. For the sake of proof, we recommend that the complaint be sent to us in writing.
